Just figured out that you are about halfway between me in PA and my daughter in NC. If you ever decide to hold a weekend full of classes, I think it'd be something we'd both enjoy and find fulfilling. We could justify coming the 325 miles each way if we'd have a bunch of classes and I think it'd be great fun! Are you thinking of writing a book? I am yearning for some of your unpublished recipes to make myself for the winter! Congratulations on this year's wonderful crop of ribbons!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kathryn! We used to live in NC too, about 35 miles east of Charlotte. Keep an eye on the class schedule. One of the local B&B owners and I have been discussing a cooking weekend getaway package as a future possibility!
